I joined Farragut Academy Dongguan in JUN 2020 as a CS Teacher, LMS Manager & Coordinator. At Farragut, I was responsible for developing comprehensive computer science curricula and implementing innovative teaching strategies. My work centered on integrating interactive learning methods and efficient e-learning platforms to empower students and enhance learning outcomes.

- Curriculum & Course Design:
- Developed and designed computer science courses for Grades 6–12, including specialized AP courses for older students.
- Integrated project-based learning (PBL), Jigsaw, and peer collaboration to foster problem solving and critical thinking.
- Prepared lesson plans, interactive materials, and digital content tailored to diverse student needs.
- Instruction & Mentoring:
- Taught a variety of CS courses, ensuring students understood both fundamental and advanced concepts.
- Mentored student teams for research competitions, achieving a national third-place finish in the China Think Big (CTB) competition.
- Coordinated professional development sessions for faculty regarding digital pedagogy and e-learning integration.
- LMS Management:
- Managed multiple e-learning platforms (Xiaobao, Gradelink, myON, and Code.org) and implemented a data-driven e-portfolio system.
- Oversaw the digital transition of classroom content and guided faculty with hands-on training sessions.
